Refilling of Inkjet Cartridges:

For a successful cartridge refill, our inkjet cartridge goes through various processes. We simply follow the original and fabricated techniques. And therefore, we can guarantee the high quality printing performance of our refill cartridges to our customers.Inkjet cartridge refilling undergoes various scientific processes as described in the below steps:

  • We visit at our customer’s place and collect empty cartridges from them.
  • As we collect the cartridge, we first feed the customer and cartridge information into our system.
  • The circuit of the cartridges is checked and then it is ultrasonically cleaned. Old ink is removed through this process and then it is filled with high quality ink.

Refurbishing of Toner Cartridges:

We refill the Toner Cartridges using high quality toner. This enables the cartridge to be reused, saving the cost of a complete new cartridge and the impact of the waste and disposal of the old one. Below are the procedures followed while refilling the toner cartridges:

  • 4 screws from both the end of toner cartridge needs to be unscrewed first to open the drum side cover by just pulling it from drum gear side.
  • Take out the drum by simply sliding the drum by side and remove the magnetic washer roller by slightly making gaps and inserting the twister on the other side of the toner.
  • Open the other end of the cartridge and separate it gently by not removing the gears.
  • The cartridge is now successfully separated into two parts, one is waste toner part and other is empty toner part.
  • Take the tension spring out which is located at waste toner part and remove the drum pressure roller from it.
  • The wiper blade will be visible just below the pressure roller. Unscrew and remove the wiper blade and clean it by soft cloth. Do not twist the transparent blade part.
  • The waste toner dust needs to be removed completely from the wiper blade with the help of brush and clean it gently by a soft cloth. Ensure the safety of the plastic film blade that is stick on the cartridge.
  • Fix the wiper blade and fasten the screw gently.
  • Clean the drum pressure roller by soft cloth and fix it to its position.
  • Shake the tonner dust well before refilling and pour it in toner unit with the help of a piece of paper.
  • Assemble both the unit of the cartridge gently and check for correct adjustment i.e, there should not be any gaps on either sides of the toner cartridge.
  • Clean the magnetic roller with a soft cloth and fix the gear and washer of the magnetic roller gently. Locate the spring part of the magnetic roller 'D' shaped. Match the shape with the cartridge body.
  • During fixing of the magnetic roller a slight gap should be made, that the gear gets its right position.
